Work with me

How much of this do you want to hold yourself?

You don’t need to know which tool or package you need before we talk. You need to know where you’re stuck, and how much of the build you want to hold. The method stays the same. The project changes to fit you.

Better systems. More capable people. More room for human work.

Work out what to fix first

The Read

“I know something needs to change, but I’m not sure what the right thing to fix is.”

The Read looks across your people, your systems and your expertise, works out your real starting point, and gives you a Map of what should happen next, in order. It’s optional, not a tollgate. If you already know exactly what you need, go straight to the pathway that fits.

Buy the diagnosis before you buy the build.

Start with a Read

Questions it answers

  • Where are we now?
  • Where are we going?
  • What does done look like?
  • What is getting in the way?
  • What needs to change first?
  • What can wait?
  • What does not need changing at all?
  • What is the very next step?

Done with you · We do

Build It With Me

“I know what I want to build or change. I want Rachel’s brain beside me while I do it.”

You drive. I guide.

Build the thing. Build your capability at the same time. The outcome isn’t just that the thing exists at the end. You understand more about the tools, the decisions and how to keep moving on your own. Your hands on the keyboard. My brain beside you.

It can be a Build Session, one focused working session for a blocker, a decision or a quick build, or a Build Project, scoped across the time the work genuinely needs.

Build it with me

The kind of thing we might build

  • a useful AI working setup
  • a content workflow
  • a client or member journey
  • a better course or learning experience
  • an interactive lead magnet
  • an internal workflow or onboarding system
  • a website or landing page
  • your expertise as a digital tool or resource

Done for you · I do, with a handover you can own

Hand It Over

“I know what I need. I do not need to become the person who knows how to build it. Rachel, can you make it?”

I build. You approve.

I can build it for you without building a black box you can’t use without me. I’ll map it, build it and hand it back in a way you can actually use. You don’t need to learn to code. You do need enough understanding to own it.

Got something weird? Good. Show me.

Hand it over

After the handover, you can

  • use the finished system or tool
  • own the decisions behind it
  • know where the key things live
  • make basic changes where it makes sense
  • brief future support intelligently
  • know what to do next

For teams, memberships and communities

Bring Me In

“This is not just about me. My people need to understand it, use it and move with it.”

Don’t just give your people AI tools. Build their capability to use them well. This isn’t “book an AI workshop”. It’s hands-on learning, implementation and change support, so your team or community spend less time feeding processes and more time on the human work they’re there to do.

For professional services teams: you have ChatGPT, the team played with it and gave up, and everyone’s at a different starting point. Success looks like the team using it and asking questions.

For communities, memberships and masterminds: I work inside your community for a set period, teach, and bring real value to your members.

  • Workshops → Hands-on professional learning and implementation sessions.
  • The Residency → Embedded support over a longer period.
  • Tailored engagements. A mix of diagnosis, workshops, workflow design and ongoing application support.

Bring me in

Questions I bring into the room

  • Who has to use this on Monday?
  • What will make their work easier?
  • What makes this change hard?
  • What do they need to unlearn or relearn?
  • What should remain human?
  • What is a useful early win?
  • What evidence will tell us it’s actually being used?

Ongoing support · You do, with me in your corner

Keep Me Close

“I don’t need a new build right now. I want ongoing access to Rachel as I apply, experiment and keep moving.”

Built the thing? Keep me in your corner while you use it. It’s usually where people go after we’ve already worked together, or when you’re clear about the kind of support you want.

It’s access and advice, not an unlimited build retainer. Anything that becomes a real build gets scoped separately through Build It With Me or Hand It Over.

Keep me close

It can include

  • questions and troubleshooting
  • feedback and decision support
  • workflow refinement
  • small implementation nudges
  • experimentation support
  • regular office hours or check-ins

What we might build

The method stays the same. The build changes.

  • AI working setups

Context, voice, skills, recurring work and repeatable ways of working that make AI useful.

  • Smarter workflows and systems

The repetitive process or admin job that keeps eating attention.

  • Interactive tools

Calculators, self-assessments, scorecards, decision trees, quizzes and action-plan builders.

  • Learning and member experiences

Courses, memberships, resources and onboarding designed around application.

  • Expertise made usable

What you know, turned into a repeatable resource, tool, programme or internal system.

  • Customer and member journeys

Clearer, easier experiences from the customer’s side of the screen.

  • Digital builds

Landing pages, websites, resource hubs and bespoke tools.

  • Content systems

Ways to capture and reuse your thinking without flattening your voice.

The same thinking underneath

Build skills, build capability, not just tools.

Every pathway runs on BUILD: begin with the outcome, understand the human, identify the leverage, learn by doing, design for adoption. What changes is how much of the build you hold. That isn’t a fixed ladder. We can move back and forth depending on the task.

Not ready for a pathway?

Start with the free guides.

If you’re early, self-directed or working with a smaller budget, the guides and tools are built for doing, and they’re free. And to be straight with you: I’m probably not the right fit if you want a tool tutorial without changing how the work gets done.

Work with Rach

Booking a speaker, bringing me into your team or community, pitching a partnership, or after a guest? Four different jobs, so tell me which one and I'll ask the right questions. I read these myself.

Which one is this?
A few lines is plenty. Specific beats polished.

You'll get a real answer either way, within a business day or two.
