Why charge $27 instead of running it free?
Because free sessions get registrations and paid sessions get attendance. Twenty-seven dollars is a commitment filter, not a revenue line — it means the people in the room actually turn up, which makes it a better room for everyone in it. If the price is genuinely the barrier, email me.
What actually happens in the hour?
I build something in public, or work through a problem, and narrate the decisions as I go — including the ones that turn out wrong. Learning in public as the actual mechanic rather than a content strategy. You see the false starts, which is the part tutorials edit out and the part that actually teaches you something.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The whole point is that this is aimed at where people actually are rather than where a demo assumes they are. If you use AI most days and still feel like you are scratching the surface, that is exactly the right starting point.
Can I just watch the recording?
Yes — everyone gets it. But the live hour is better, because you can ask the question at the moment it occurs to you rather than three weeks later when you have moved on.
Will you look at my business in the session?
Not in the room — that would turn an hour for everyone into a consult for one person. If you want your own situation looked at properly, that is what The Read is for.
