Six weeks · eight seats · kicks off 14 September
The build sprint.
Stop collecting ideas. Build the thing.
You don't need more information. You've got folders of it — the saved posts, the half-finished course, the tool you signed up for in March and opened twice.
What you need is six weeks, a deadline, and someone in the room while you actually do it. Seven other people hitting the same walls doesn't hurt either.

Across the six weeks
Foundations first. Then things that work.
In order, because the order is the point — every one of these is built on the one before it.
01
Your brand foundation
Who you are, who you are talking to, and how you sound — captured properly. Everything after this is built on it, which is why almost nothing works when it gets skipped.
02
Your AI brain foundations
The setup that means your AI knows something about your business. No more starting from scratch, no more output that sounds like everyone and no one.
03
Building skills
The things you do on repeat, turned into skills you can run instead of re-explain. Built in your own account, in the sprint, with me watching.
04
Connecting your tools
Your calendar, your drive, your inbox — wired up so the whole thing can see your business rather than guess at it.
05
Building assets that run the business
The point of all of it. Real things that do real jobs, working by the end, in your hands rather than on a list of what to do next.
What a seat gets you
Working sessions. Not a video library.
- A weekly live call across the six weeks — working sessions, not a video library
- Foundation work before we start, so week one isn’t spent getting set up
- The sprint hub — your intake, the materials, and a record of everything built
- Seven other people building at the same time, hitting the same walls
- A community space between calls — ask the group, or ask me directly
- Recordings of everything, yours to keep
Foundation work lands before the first call, so week one starts with building rather than setting up.
Pick the right door
This one's a room.
The Build Sprint is a group of eight working through the foundations together. It is not one-to-one, and that's deliberate — half of what people learn in a cohort comes from watching someone else get stuck on the thing they were about to get stuck on.
If you'd rather it was just us: Build It With Meis the same kind of work one-to-one, with you driving and me guiding, andHand It Over is when you'd rather I built it.
Questions
Fair questions.
How is this different from The Build?
This one is a group and that one is one-to-one. The Build Sprint runs as a cohort of eight over six weeks and covers the foundations — brand, AI setup, skills, tools, assets. The Build is me and you on one scoped thing, on your timeline. If you want the foundations laid properly and you like having other people in the room, you want this one. If you want one specific thing built and built now, you want The Build.
What if I fall behind?
Every call is recorded and the sprint hub holds everything, so a missed week is a catch-up rather than a write-off — and the community space means your questions get answered between calls, not saved up for one. But the honest answer is that six weeks is still a deadline on purpose, and people who plan to catch up later usually do not.
Why only eight seats?
Because past about eight I cannot get round everyone in a call, and the moment that happens it stops being a working session and becomes a webinar. Eight is the number where I can still look at your actual thing.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to be willing to build in the room rather than take notes and do it later. That is the whole mechanic — nobody has ever learned to build something by watching someone else build it.
What do I actually walk away with?
A brand foundation written down, an AI setup that knows your business, skills you can run, your tools connected, and at least one working asset doing a real job. All of it in your own accounts, all of it yours, all of it still working if we never speak again.
Is $750 the ongoing price?
No. It is the founding rate for this first round, and it goes to $997 for the next one. The people who go first take a risk on a format nobody has bought yet — that is what the rate is for.
Six weeks from now, it exists.
Eight seats, weekly calls, and a foundation you stop rebuilding every time you start something new.
$750 inc GST for this founding round, then $997. Kicks off the week beginning 14 September.
