Terms of Service
These terms cover buying and using services from Build with Rach (Rachel McKay, sole trader, NSW, Australia) — Build Sprints, done-for-you builds, workshops, courses and the free tools on this site. Plain English on purpose. If anything's unclear,ask before you buy.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars and, where GST applies, are GST-inclusive. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Sprint hours and packages are for use by the purchasing business — they're not transferable to someone else without a quick OK first.
Build Sprints
- A single sprint is 60 minutes of live 1:1 build time, delivered by video call.
- You book your time after checkout and fill in the intake form before we meet — the more you give, the more we build.
- 5-packs are five hours used within 12 months of purchase, at whatever pace suits you.
- Rescheduling and refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Done-for-you builds (Built by Rach)
Every build starts with a written scope and a fixed quote, agreed before any money moves. What's delivered is what's scoped; changes along the way are agreed (and quoted) in writing. On final payment, you own the deliverables built for you. Underlying techniques, templates and know-how stay with Build with Rach so they can keep being used to help other clients.
The free tools
The toolbox tools are provided as-is for your own business use. Their output is a starting point, not professional advice — sense-check anything important against your own situation.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Services come with guarantees that they'll be provided with due care and skill and be fit for purpose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, liability for anything arising from a service is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding what you paid for it. Business decisions you make off the back of a session or a tool remain yours.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time — the version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
