Privacy Policy
Build with Rach is operated by Rachel McKay, a sole trader based in New South Wales, Australia. This policy explains what personal information is collected through buildwithrach.com.au, why, and what happens to it. The short version: only what's needed to do the work, never sold, unsubscribe anytime.
What gets collected
- Forms you fill in — the sprint intake, the contact form, tool email gates and waitlists collect your name, email address and whatever you write in the form.
- Analytics — the site uses Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how pages are used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.
How it's used
- To deliver what you asked for — prepping your sprint, replying to your enquiry, sending the resource you unlocked.
- To send occasional useful email if you've joined the list — every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
- To improve the site and figure out which tools are worth building next.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are processed through n8n (automation) and stored in Kit (email platform), Google Workspace (email and spreadsheets) and Stripe (payments — card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch this site). These providers may store data outside Australia. Your information is never sold or rented to anyone.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message.
- Ask for a copy of the personal information held about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted — email rachel@rachelmckay.com.au.
